Listing Guidelines

Last Updated: 04-October-2026

LaunchMeLoud is built for people launching something new: startups, products and new ventures moving from idea to launch. Our public directory showcases those launches. Every listing is reviewed before it goes live, so the directory stays useful for the founders, early adopters and partners who browse it.

1. Who the Directory Is For

We list new ventures and offerings being launched by the people building them, for example:

  • ✔️ SaaS, AI and developer tools
  • ✔️ Mobile and web apps
  • ✔️ Physical and D2C products (e.g. consumer gadgets, home goods, handmade chocolates and other food products — see Food and Regulated Products below)
  • ✔️ New programs, courses, cohorts and communities (e.g. a specific new coaching program with a launch plan)
  • ✔️ Creator products and marketplaces

Our test is simple: Is something new being launched? Is the person submitting it the one building it? Is it clear what it is, who it's for and what problem it solves?

2. What We Don't List

The following may use LaunchMeLoud's tools privately, but are not accepted in the public directory:

  • ❌ Established service businesses promoting themselves, such as law firms, CA/accounting firms, consultancies, marketing and digital agencies, and similar professional services
  • ❌ Businesses with nothing new to launch, such as an existing business advertising its general services
  • ❌ Resellers, distributors, or listings for products the submitter did not create
  • ❌ Placeholder or incomplete listings (e.g. one-line descriptions like "X is a startup")
  • ❌ Duplicate listings of the same venture

3. Prohibited Categories

The following cannot be listed or promoted on LaunchMeLoud in any form:

  • ❌ Products or services claiming to cure, treat, diagnose or prevent a disease or medical condition
  • ❌ Gambling, betting, lotteries, raffles and fantasy games involving money
  • ❌ Cryptocurrency tokens, ICOs, trading signals, and get-rich-quick or investment-return schemes
  • ❌ Unregistered or unlicensed financial, lending, credit or investment services
  • ❌ MLM and pyramid-style schemes
  • ❌ Drugs, tobacco, nicotine, vapes and related paraphernalia
  • ❌ Weapons, weapon replicas and accessories
  • ❌ Adult or sexually explicit content
  • ❌ Content that promotes hate, discrimination or violence
  • ❌ Political campaigns and political or charitable fundraising
  • ❌ Anything illegal in India or in the markets where it is offered, or that infringes others' intellectual property

4. Listing Quality Requirements

To be approved, a listing needs:

  • ✔️ A clear name, logo and tagline
  • ✔️ A meaningful description: what it is, the problem it solves, and who it's for
  • ✔️ The current stage (idea, prelaunch, beta or live)
  • ✔️ A working website or a LaunchMeLoud prelaunch page
  • ✔️ At least one image or screenshot

5. Food and Regulated Products

Food, beverages and other products that need a licence or registration to be sold (for example, FSSAI registration or a licence for food businesses in India) can be listed, provided that:

  • ✔️ You hold, or will hold before you sell or deliver anything, every licence and registration required where you offer the product, and you display your FSSAI licence or registration number on your listing or website where required
  • ✔️ You are solely responsible for the safety, quality, labelling, packaging, storage and delivery of your product, and for complying with all applicable laws
  • ✔️ Your listing makes no health, medical or therapeutic claims (see Prohibited Categories)

LaunchMeLoud only showcases launches; we do not make, sell, store or deliver listed products, and we do not verify their quality or regulatory compliance. Any dispute about a listed product is between you and your customer.

LaunchMeLoud is not responsible or liable for whether a startup listed in a licensed category, such as food or homemade and handmade edible items, holds the required licences, or for the safety, quality, ingredients, allergens or legality of what it offers, or for any illness, injury, loss or damage arising from it. A listing being approved does not mean we have checked or endorsed its licences. See section 19 of our Terms of Service.

We may ask for proof of your licence or registration before approving your listing or at any time after, and we may reject or remove a listing that cannot provide it.

6. How Moderation Works

  • ✔️ New startups start as private workspaces. Nothing appears in the public directory until it's submitted and approved.
  • ✔️ Submitted listings are reviewed, using automated checks and human review, usually within 2 business days.
  • ✔️ If approved, the listing goes live in the directory.
  • ✔️ If not approved, we'll email you the reason. Listings that only need more detail can be updated and resubmitted at any time.
  • ✔️ We may remove or unlist a live listing that later breaks these guidelines.
  • ✔️ Moderation decisions are at LaunchMeLoud's discretion.

7. Your Workspace Isn't Affected

Listing decisions only concern the public directory. Your workspace, projects and tools remain available under your plan regardless of listing status.

8. Changes and Contact

We may update these guidelines as the directory grows; the "Last Updated" date above reflects the latest version.
