Organizely helps American manufacturers use AI to lower production costs. Factories depend on three resources: materials, equipment, and labor. Costs rise unexpectedly when components are missing, machines go down, or staffing doesn’t match demand. We experienced this firsthand while owning and operating a factory in the U.S. for six years. As we scaled, it was expensive to resolve factory-wide bottlenecks quickly and it became harder to stay competitive on price. Other companies are trying to layer AI agents on top of legacy ERPs to do logistics work, but the underlying data architectures limit how much those agents can understand and do. So we’re building a new ERP from the ground up for the era of AI. Organizely is an AI-native ERP with AI reasoning and machine learning algorithms embedded throughout for a single intelligent platform that can model, predict, and act. We natively automate all core manufacturing workflows including demand planning, raw material tracking, machine maintenance, and production scheduling. Organizely continuously improves over time, suggesting new ways for manufacturers to reduce costs and produce more with their existing facilities and teams. It's the whole factory solved.
